Chris is a founding owner and is responsible for organizational growth, including new business development, contract negotiations, and market trend forecasting. Chris has over 35 years’ experience in the retail and facility management industry and he leverages his knowledge to lead the sales and marketing teams to develop new and lasting customer partnerships. Chris is a proud veteran of the United States Army and served in Desert Shield/Desert Storm.

Bryan is a founding owner and is responsible for the overall management, operational growth and strategic direction of the company. Bryan is a graduate of Walsh University and has over 20 years of experience in the retail and facility management industry. With a focus in customer service, Bryan’s lead by example leadership style and customer-centric business approach has developed a best in the industry team that strives to deliver customer service excellence.

Lee is a founding owner and is responsible for overseeing the organizations ongoing operations by ensuring quality metrics are achieved through the analytical review of business activities and department functions. Lee has over 25 years of experience in the retail and facility management industry and has utilized his experience to set the standard for business operations. Lee is a proud veteran of the United States Navy and served in Operation Desert Watch.

Jessica is responsible for the financial and human resource operations at TMC. Since joining the company in 2007, Jessica has developed an extensive expertise in accounting and management. Jessica holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Walsh University. Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, is an avid reader, and is currently a board member and treasurer in her local community. 

Sean is responsible for overseeing the service department and the day-to-day operations of the organization. This includes overseeing teams to prioritize the successful completion of service requests and resolve complex and high priority issues that arise in facility maintenance. Sean is a graduate of Kent State University and since joining TMC in 2009, he has set the precedent for effective communication to ensure customer satisfaction. Sean enjoys spending time with his wife and three sons.

Matt is responsible for maintaining and increasing efficiency in the organizational process, including quality control, team development, and training to ensure operational goals align with customer satisfaction. Matt is a graduate of Walsh University and since joining TMC in 2010, has facilitated and maintained the relationships between vendors, customers, and The Maintenance Company. Matt likes to spend his free time on the golf course or traveling with his wonderful wife and daughter.

Jennifer is responsible for the overall success of facility service projects, including the management of teams to ensure accurate coordination, status reporting, and completion of facility service requests. Jennifer joined TMC in 2010 and has become an expert in improving the project management process and establishing best practices for cost control in facility maintenance. Jennifer loves the beach, lounging poolside, and spending time with her husband and two children.

Kitty is responsible for overseeing the risk management process of the organization. This includes working with accounting to evaluate insurance documentation and creating policies to support risk management audits. Kitty joined TMC in 2008 and has been an integral part of leading the accounting and risk management teams. Kitty enjoys spending time with her husband and youngest son. She also loves FaceTiming with her two grandsons and oldest son while stationed overseas.

Karl is responsible for leading a team of billing specialists to ensure the accurate completion of customer invoicing and performing job cost analysis to review the financial results. Since joining TMC in 2010, Karl has leveraged his maintenance experience to work as the liaison between the service and billing departments to decrease costs and maintain low competitive pricing. In his spare time Karl enjoys working on electronics, gaming, reading, and traveling.

Phil is responsible for preparing and evaluating estimates by coordinating with the service department to determine the costs of labor, materials, and equipment for projects based on bids, drawings, and project specifications. Prior to joining TMC in 2016, Phil received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Akron and spent several years preparing project outlines and proposals in a wide variety of fields. When not at work, Phil enjoys reading and listening to music.

Brennan is responsible for maintaining the organizations IT systems, including evaluating and making improvements, providing technical support and training, and implementing security measures and standards. Brennan joined TMC in 2018 after attending Stark State College for Computer Applications. He is a certified Google IT Support Professional and enjoys attending tech events to stay current on new and upcoming technologies. In Brennan’s free time he enjoys buying and selling cars and exercising.
